RZoil RZ64E Application Instructions

Intake System Cleaning:

1. Spray approximately half of the can using a long hose into the back part of the suction drawer.

2. Slowly pull out the hose to distribute the foam evenly.

3. Wait for about 20–30 minutes.

4. Start the engine and either drive for approximately 5 km or let it run intermittently at around 3,000 rpm for 2 minutes.

5. Check the cleanliness of the intake system.

6. Wipe away any remaining deposits and repeat the process with the remaining half of the can.

DPF Cleaning:

1. Remove the DPF pressure sensor.

2. Spray the entire bottle of foam through the pressure sensor opening using a long hose.

3. Wait for about 20–30 minutes.

4. Start the engine and either drive for approximately 5–10 km or let it run for about 10 minutes at 3,000 rpm.

Turbocharger Cleaning:

1. Spray half of the bottle into the VTG turbo’s announcement tube while manually moving the VTG adjustment.

2. Wait for about 20–30 minutes.

3. Repeat the process with the remaining half of the can.
